New pokestop submission not syncing in pogo

I'm having a weird issue.. I have a new approved POI.. It's in a completely unoccupied cell as seen in attached pic.. These are typically approved and go straight to ingress immediately and pop in pogo after the next days sync. These typically stay in ingress if the cell is already occupied. I've even had 2 poi's in a cell, one in ingress, one in pogo.....I have moved the ingress to an unoccupied cell and they automatically pop in pogo the next day after the sync. Not sure why this poi is staying in ingress now after being approved 4 days ago while all by itself in the cell?? thoughts?

I'm not sure admitting to game abuse in Niantic's own forum is your best move.
