Test period - showing 30days for a re-take, but after 30 days we can't take re-take.

Hi team, please check what is happening. I failed exam, I'm waiting over 30 day without possibility of re-take. I have information form my colleague that they also waiting over 90 days and nothing change can you check that and enable re-take option after 30 days as it is written on the page?
