I think this is good for people who have been reviewing and have an understanding of guidelines. I do think most people will report an influx of "coal."
I do wish Niantic had prioritized beret guidelines over expanding eligibility to create nominations.

I do hope we will not only face more nominations, but more good ones. So I really hope they also leveled up their training program. When I do reviewing, most of the nominations are not eligible: private property, duplicates, useless supporting pictures,....

I think, now fakers have an even easier game to get more submissions -> more fakes. Honestly I would decrease the number of players able to submit instead of increasing it. I can already see the trash nominatons doubling up.
Niantic could always start banning fakers.
