4 hour cooldown - twice in a 24 hours

As in title. How are we supposed to review Waypoints and complete this challenge with this autoban system even when I am reviewing Waypoints according to a guidelines and still got this cooldown thing?

Take your time to review, even for clear 1* rejection cases or duplicates, don't go under 20 seconds. Don' review in pattern (don't always give 4* or 5* to every criteria and every submission).

5 nominations in 6-7 min and cooldown, ridiculous
I just reviewed a bunch of trash here that you dont need more than 10 seconds to conclude that it does not meet criteria and receive a cooldown, it doesnt matter if you follow the guidelines or criteria you will receive a cooldown.
I revieved and I need 1,30 minute to conclude. So, I'm not too fast....
if you click to fast, you will definately be flagged and get a cooldown. take your time during review, young trainer!
While it might be true that slow reviewing is advised for new reviewers, situation gets quite ridiculous for more experienced reviewers. To be fair I'm rarely able to do more than 10 reviews before I get hit with 4 hours ban.
And, to be fair, I'm OK with that. I just move on to do other things, after all I don't really submit anything so I don't really care about upgrades nor the state of the wayfarer queue. But from the system point of view it's basically blocking (usually more experienced) people from reviewing.
Based on comments from local telegram, a lot of people are getting 4 hours bans during this event. If the reasoning behind those bans is too repetitive judging maybe toss a question from guidelines or even get back to captchas? If the reasoning behind this 4h bans is to force reviewers to spend more time reviewing then it’s not really working… In the end the result is that fewer people are reviewing and queue get clogged.
100% agree! I reviewed Wayspots in March/April and I did so many reviews and got cooldown only once or twice in 2 months but now I must review so slow even tho I'm experienced reviewer and I know all these guidelines
