Language field addition in nomination and wayfarer

Is there consideration for asking reviewers to select the languages they speak and understand? And similarly, option for people who nominate to add language, if there is text in their photo. This system can streamline the nominations to only those who understands those languages. In my country, there so many languages that if you receive a nomination from adjoining state and if the photo contains some texts, then one may not even understand it. And due to this, many historical places which have signs and plaques in local language are rejected. This problem is also prevalent in Europe where each country has a different language but are close together and hence get to review nominations in languages they don't understand.
I understand your problem. But the only two options are translating via google or skipping. And I normally do the first option, as long as I know what the submission is.
I only wish I could add an optional text to translate it in English. My nominations are in French, but when I upgrade them people in U.S.A or English Canadian provinces review them.
