Is there a fix waiting time before a nomination goes to voting from queue

I recently submitted a nomination and while my friend was reviewing nomination on wayfarer, he got a message that he has no nominations to review. Even though we are in same area, my nomination is still in queue and he didn't get to review it. Why should someone have no nominations to review when other people in same area have their nominations in queue? Is there a wait time for nominations? Or something else is in play.

Thats a known problem. He needs to wait for around four days to be able to review again.
My first submission got approved in 5 days. How about the wait time from approval to it going online if chosen for pogo?
The reason one has none and another has some is a bug (though as a precaution check yours and your friend’s home and bonus locations)
As for how long it takes to go from in Queue to In Voting, I believe the minimum is a day but the maximum is based on loads of things (other submissions locally, if you upgrade it, local reviewers churning through submissions)
Home location is not set for both and bonus location is different, but review also considers current location right, which is same.
It would depend on whether there are any nearby in voting nominations to either location.
If yours is in Queue it will not show.
