Why my posts stuck in moderation?

Dear mods, I've posted two threads, one in General category and one in Nomination Improvement category last week. Nether post appeared on the he forum yet. Could you please let me know the reasons?

Yes, they do. How long it takes to clear the moderation?
Normally a maximum of 24 hoursm but I already had some pictures stuck in a comment, which took a week or longer. Discussions normally take 10 minutes to a day.
Also, you sadly wont get notificated when your discussiond didnt got approved by the mods, which is very sad. But as long as it didnt contain personal information or anything against the ToS of Niantic, it will get approved.
