Ineligible nomination, question

I nominated a wall to a cemetary connected to a church and got rejected for "nomination does not meet criteria, nomination appears to be a natural feature that is not connected to a man made object".
I wonder if either I am wrong about it being eligible in teh first place, or if I have done something wrong with the nomination. One thing I can think of is that the close up it too much close up hence I wanted to focus on the horse rings in the wall. (the description says the rings in the wall was used to tie the horses to. And the extra information says: The wall is of cultural interest because it was a meeting point back in the day. This is a rural area. Also noted that it is not situated on private property.
Can I please have some feed back to this.

I see no point why this should be eligeble.
If you have an information sign about the cemetery of the horse rings, you may be successful but this is just a wall. No chance.
Yeah, the wall is not something noteworthy enough to qualify as a Wayspot. So I am afraid it was rejected accordingly.
It's just a random stone wall with an old ring attached to it. What makes it eligible?
Thanks for the feed back.
The reason we nominated it was because it is attached to an old church. The rings were used to tie the horse and carrige with back in the day before cars. A lot of other curches in our city have both the curch and the surrounding wall as pokestops, that is why we nominated it.
How ever, I am not here to argue about why we nominated it. I got the feed back I asked for. So, thanks so much for it.
