Can i realistically expect this pokestop to be accepted?

Hi guys I'm kinda new here and I would like your opinion on this subject.
I want to place a pokestop a the center of our village were I'm currently the only one eligible to name pokestops, but I'm afraid it will be rejected, the object I am talking about is a keystone that is part of an arc from 1839,
I'm not sure if this is an eligible object and I want some feedback first because I heard that the sistem is kinda clogged with nominations and I want mine to make it out in game, another problem is that there aren't other players that could help me to nominate more pokestops and the 2 weeks time limit is realy bugging me since our village is full of cool things that should realy be in the game,I'm trying my best to make our village a decent place to play pokemon go(we currently have to go to a bigger city to play)and I would love to hear you guys opinion.
Ps:sorry if there are some spelling/grammar mistakes but English is my second language.

Post a photo of the thing you want to submit. Best advice - submit it now and get it into the system, it can take between a few days to a year or more for things to go through, so the sooner you put it in the better.

First of all: rural nominations usually get through the system quite quickly for me. Of course it depends on the exact area, but the "clogging" problem only appears in major cities in my country.
Second: you really should post a picture of the object you want to nominate. The way you described it, it could easily be a really cool, easily acceptable PoI or something that's entirely ineligible (due to being on private residential property or something). A picture and some more information could settle it.
Third: if you worry about the 2-week cooldown, I suggest that you start nominating the most obviously acceptable stuff - playgrounds, sports fields, churches, chapels, crosses, etc., and only move on to the more iffy stuff when you've already made your village a better place to play.

Thank you guy, the keystone in question is kinda on a private property and at the same time isn't,it's hard to describe, this arc leads to this abbandoned house but is like 10 m apart and is directly on the sidewalk, anyways I will try to submit it as soon as I get the 7 nominations back the next week.
If it is part of private residential property (even if currently vacant), then it is ineligible.
