Abuse of Kurotoriyama Park (Case at Izumi-City)

Hi, @NianticGiffard .

Sorry to keep you waiting.

I have already submitted to you my report on the suspected large-scale abuse in the Shidanomori Area.

Massive abuse, including Disguising location (Case at Izumi-City)

https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/19834/massive-abuse-including-disguising-location-case-at-izumi-city#latest

This time, I would like to present you with a report on the "Kurotoriyama Park Area", which is located to the southwest of that area. area, which I have already reported on.

(K-1)

Title of the Wayspot:噴水裏の藤棚

Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.487407,135.44519&z=17

Google Street View

North-northwest from the position where Google Street Viiew was taken,

The wisteria trellis can be seen at a distance of about 6 m.

However, when the distance is measured using Google Maps, it can be seen that the applicant has deliberately displaced the Wayspot by 22 metres to the north-north-east, well away from where the Google Street View was taken.

A comparison of Google Maps and IITC shows that the distinctive brown tree leaves and the gaps between the leaves

I found the original location of the photo.

This is the point indicated by the red circle.

As a result of the applicant's falsification of the location, it appears that the wayspot was created in another yellow diamond shape, beyond the yellow line of the IITC.

The Wayspot has been created in another yellow diamond shape to the east.

In this "Kurotoriyama Park Area", abusive practices were also found to be taking place.

I may have gotten your hopes up, but according to my own research.

The only major abuse in the "Kurotoriyama Park Area" is, quite frankly, this one (K-1).

Others, as for example in the following (K-2)

The question is: "Why did they have to go to all the trouble of selecting that spot to be a Wayspot?

Couldn't it have been at the landing where the waterfront deck starts?

That's about it.

There is no such thing as "abuse" or "disguise".

The misalignment of the Wayspot in the Kurotoriama Park area is about 1 to 2 meters in other cases, and

There is no street view, but it is possible to see it from Google Maps.

Perhaps 1 to 2 meters is acceptable.

The only obvious abuse seems to be in (K-1).

However, I would like to mention some other Wayspots that I have investigated for your reference.

(K-2)

Title of the Wayspot:黒鳥山公園親水デッキ

Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.486544,135.447313&z=22&pll=34.486572,135.447341

Google Street View from the nearest Wayspot location

We can see from the two Google Street Views that what is called the "Water Deck" is all that exists within the red border on the following Google Map.

However, why did the applicant choose to use only one point, which is ONLINE as a Wayspot, as the "黒鳥山公園親水デッキ(Kurotoriama Park Waterfront Deck)"?

Why did the applicant choose this location?

It may have been a fluke, but

Perhaps it was something to do with the yellow diamond-shaped separations at the IITC.

(K-3)

Title of the Wayspot:黒鳥山公園多目的広場

Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.486461,135.444506&z=17

It seems that the applicant has applied for the Kurotoriyama Park Multi-Purpose Square as a Wayspot.

That's fine, but on closer inspection it's questionable why they needed to designate that location as a Wayspot.

As a result, there will now be one Wayspot for every yellow IITC diamond in this area.

(K-4)

Title of the Wayspot:黒鳥山 忠霊塔

Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.486773,135.44422&z=17

忠霊塔(Chu-rei-tou) means Cenotaph.

this tower for memorial that the faithful soldiers and other died in battle.

The Wayspot seems to be set to the south, down the stairs, rather than where the tower actually is.

(K-5)

Title of the Wayspot:黒鳥山公園 時計塔

Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.486497,135.445315&z=17

It has the exaggerated title of "The Clock Tower".

It's not a clock tower like Big Ben, though, it's just a mass-produced clock often found in Japanese parks.

Wayspot is ONLINE a few metres further to the south-east than the actual location shown on the Google Map.

(K-6)

Title of the Wayspot:黒鳥山公園 遊具

Location:

The playground equipment can certainly be identified on Google Maps.

However, it may not have been necessary to create a Wayspot at that location.

Because, it is not necessary to create a Wayspot at that point, because the playground is huge and the centre of the playground is located to the west, beyond the yellow vertical line of the IITC.

This seems to me to be another manipulation by the applicant to create one wayspot for every yellow diamond of the IITC.

Google Image Search: "黒鳥山公園 遊具(Kurotoriyama Playground Equipment)"

Google Street View

(K-7)

Title of the Wayspot:黒鳥山公園 山之神

Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.48657,135.445716&z=18

Hmmm?

I found one Google Street View in this Kurotoriyama Park.

It was apparently taken by the same person as the photographer of (K-1).

Google Street View

The photo was taken about the Wayspot Title "黒鳥山公園 山之神".

However,The location of this photo seems to be much further away from where the Wayspot was created.

It turns out that the location was deliberately shifted.

64m!

The location has been deliberately shifted by 64m to the north-west.

I don't know what the real purpose of this applicant is.

I don't understand.

But by deliberately creating fake Wayspot locations and committing abuses.

I feel that we are beginning to see the intention of this applicant to create a Wayspot for each of the yellow diamond shapes at the IITC.

Oh, @NianticGiffard .

I owe you an apology.

It seems that (K-1) was not the only abuse.

The Kurotoriyama Park Area had a different form of abuse than the Sidayama Area I mentioned earlier.

In this area, it seems that certain Wayspots and Wayspots were closely related to each other to form a form of abuse.

This is the case of (K-7), where the positional disguise has been revealed.

(K-8)

Title of the Wayspot:姉妹都市提携十周年記念植樹

Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.486727,135.445476&z=19

Google Street View

This Wayspot has also been found to be abused by location spoofing.

This pole is supposed to be located in the south-southwest direction from the location where the Google Street View photo was taken, but it has been displaced by the applicant to the north-northwest.

The photographer of Google Street View is the same person as (K-1) and (K-7).

However, in this (K-8), no action has been taken that crosses the yellow line of the IITC.

Why don't we stop here and think about this together?

According to Google Street View photography records.

(K-8) was taken in October 2019.

(K-1) taken in November 2019.

(K-7) was taken in May 2020.

From this we can infer that (K-8) was a test run to disguise its position.

This is only an assumption.

I believe that this applicant, through bad practice and abuses with abusive practices, may have resorted to the kind of brazen and deliberate positional deception seen in (K-1) and (K-7).

Do you remember the Google Street View photographer I told you about the other day?

Which I reported on recently, The Person was filming from around March 2019 to Augast 2020.

He photographed Wayspot in the "Shidanomori Area" immediately to the north-east of the "Kurotoryama Park area" .

I don't know if these people are the same person or not, but

The Wayspot location spoofing associated with these two accounts seems to be related to and interacting with each other, although it is not clear which one is referring to the other.

I know you are busy,

Please, I would like to ask you to investigate the person who applied for this (K-1), (K-7) and (K-8).
