My first nominations were in January of this year, and they are still In Queue. However, I have some other nominations from April that are In Voting. 3 days to 3 years seems to be tracking and it's clearly not first in, first out. Is there any way to figure out what's going on?
"If you upgrade them" = "If you spend an hour voting on other people's submissions with a rough ratio of 200 reviews per 1 upgrade"
"you'll have an answer within a week" = "your submissions will be rejected within a day or so on the most ridiculous grounds imaginable because some guy likes trolling people"
Just submit your waypoint suggestions and kinda hope they go through within the next 2-3 years at some point. Or hope that niantic buys up some kind of big raw data package and randomly installs millions of waypoints in your vicinity from one day to the next. Don't waste your time on the ridiculous, broken and exploitative "upgrade" system
@dQbc-PGO If you upgrade, in my area for example if can be back within 10 hours or overnight if it had been in voting for a little bit. But normally my nominations take 2-3 months to come back unless it is an instant 5 star, as a opposed to maybe a four star. Ex. Little Free Library, versus Place Name Sign, that people may think it generic but isn’t.
Usually it take weeks to months for your nomination to get approved. But at some point if everything seems perfect it will take less time to get approved.

if my nominations is accepted
Depends on the area, in high-density areas, there is a way longer quere time than in rural areas.
3 days to 3 years.
