Hello, I upgraded my 2nd stop last night. It's 2 large donation boxes with the place name on the boxes. I know that it's hard to tag and it might be the reason, but here it is. (It would be place name sing if anything)
This is on the main Boulevard of La Baie, Québec. 2 parks in between, a wall of businesses next to them and a police station across the street.
E-mail reason: Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria, Nomination does not appear to be permanent or appears to be a seasonal display that is only put up during certain times of the year, The real-world location of the nomination appears to have explicit or inappropriate activity.
(Seasonal display, explicit or inappropriate activity. where, WHERE?)
The boxes are large and can't be moved casually, it stays there all year(even winter), it's opened from the front lock and they collect the bags that people give.
I went through hundreds of reviews for this upgrade and it's going in the front of the line again.

First of all, you cannot appeal a rejected nomination.
Second, donation boxes do not generally meet any of the acceptance criteria.
Third, the "What is it?" list in the review screen is not in any way related to whether or not a nomination meets the criteria.
First, I didn't know that and now know.
Second, It's shows the same information as a simple post with a sign, it has the business name and logo on the front.
I admit that it would be hard to tag other than 'Place name sign'.
Third, I admit it was a potato description. The business name next door isn't too friendly to include in nominations and there were people in the store that I tried to hide which made the quality a little lower. (Maybe I'll do it at sunrise before opening.)
I'll retry it once I have a nomination.(I can wait until winter if I have to prove that it isn't seasonal.)
I wish that an upgraded nomination gives back a nomination in game if it's rejected, it's just too many reviews and time in between to get one or the other.

I need to take a few more minutes to check my translations especially in nominations, I have French and Inuk to juggle too.
I mistook a 4 for 0 in nominations available, the suggestion can be canned. 🙄

The main problem is that this nomination doesn't fit the eligibility criteria. It's not a place to explore, to exercise, to meet other people, etc...
Like others said, it's not eligible, it don't met any acceptance criteria.
You got 3 rejections, and 2 of them might be wrong, but one is right: Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria.
Donation boxes don't meet any acceptance criteria, they will be rejected each time you nominate them. Sadly, you must look for something else to nominate in this area, this nomination don't have much chance of being accepted. And just to be clear: if you saw similar POI in game, it was either old POI or something that was wrongly accepted - please don't compare what to nominate looking at existing POIs, many of them wouldn't be accepted in current time and could be removed from game if were reported by players now.

I got it, the nomination is plain bad, but the good news is that the police station across the street added a brand new sign on the lawn.

There's a bus stop and benches with a gym of city hall.
Other **** exists doesn't excuse adding more ineligible **** to the database.
Bus stop and banks do not meet criteria.

Do you even know how it looks like or where it is? They added it this week!
I'm not nominating the bus stop or a bank, or the benches that you mistook.
The gym is a historical sign on the other side of the lawn showing city hall in the 1930s.
The Police station sign is meant to point behind the city hall, not obstructing anymore than the pokégym already in place.
