Hi, i wanted to know if this monument could be accepted as pokestop.
It is a roundabout, but there are sidewalks and pedestrian crossings, where you can access without creating problems. I read that if it is located in a roundabout it is not suitable, but if it has pedestrian access and externally reachable it is valid. Can I request that it become pokestop and therefore be accepted? Thank you

I would say no in regards to that. The "footpath" around it doesn't really strike me as a footpath as such, and is more like a decorative addition. Take into account the lack of a crossing section to it, it would make reviewers question if it has safe access.
We have similar roundabouts in my area where there's a lovely decorative item, but no safe way to cross to them. As example:
Bridlington Bay Rd

Agree, it doesn't look like it's intended that pedestrians stand at this roundabout. This wouldn't be safe access to me.
