Hi!, 3 times the community has accepted this portal, and 3 times an angry agent delete it, can you explain me how can he made it??.
It's very frustrating wait for a new wayspot a lot of days and it disappears magickly, without any reason or any notice.
The process of petition its so long, why not for a deletion? The plataform is used in 3 games of NIA, not just on Ingress.
The portal is valid, was aproved by the comunity, arround this site -34.810016, -58.264733 in Argentina, city of Florencio Varela

What is that, actually?
First of all, this is not the place for appeals.
Second of all, I suspect you are misunderstanding what has happened. If an approved POI is within 20 meters of any existing POI it will not appear in any game even though the email you received says it was approved.
Maybe that's not what's happening. Is it appearing and then disappearing later? If so then you have a different issue. But I suspect it's the 20m restriction.
Please use the appeal sub-forum this is not the correct location on the forum for this thread. Follow the outline provided and let Niantic reinstate if they find this acceptable. This sub-forum is for guideline clarification.
The coordinates are on a private home, but I don't see anything in the immediate area that would be eligible.
Can confirm.
If it had appeared in any of the games, the swift removal might be because of it being on a PRP, and looking at streetview for those coordinates, they definitely appear to be single family PRPs in that area.
No surprise OP is frustrated if they finally got their couchie and it doesn't exist now, but they really shouldn't have been gaming the system in the first place.
I've looked up the coordinated on the Intel map and there doesn't appear to be any wayspots in that area. However, the coordinates do take you a single family PRP, which might be why the wayspot was removed.
hi, street view in this place is from oct 2013!!!!......many changes goes at today
