I didn't receive any email, I woke up this morning and this valid portal wasn't there, someone reporting as invalid and you delete it

Additional information:
This artistic mural was created as part of the improvement of public spaces by the municipality, decorating said spaces with art and seeking to make people know places with art in the streets.
The mural is uploaded in street view so it is shown that it really exists.
I should mention that I think there should be penalties for players who report portals that are indeed in the real world and report them simply because they want to.
I sincerely hope that you guys can bring the real world portal back to Ingress and Pokemon Go.

Looking at your location it looks like mural is painted on fence of a single family house, so it was removed for PRP reason.
Anything that is on single family house ground (no matter if it's in garden, on house or is painted on fence) is ineligible and shouldn't be in game - it's Niantic policy. It won't matter if it's accesible from pavement, it's still on single family house ground so PRP removal is valid here. I know it might seems unfair, but this is how it works with POIs.
If you can prove it's not on sigle family house, it can be restored. If not, and it's on single family house ground, it won't be restored. I hope my explanation helped a bit.
It appears that the mural is on private property, so the removal is valid.
The supporting photos do not help to clarify much, only the drawing is shown, not even the building where it is painted or the one next to it, so it does not help much.
If the graffiti is actually on private property, you cannot request punishment for someone who acted correctly.
I take this opportunity to make the following disclaimer: to delete a portal in property of companies they ask us to send the credential or even be the legal owner to ask to delete it and in the case that we are owners of a particular property they immediately delete it because someone reports, it seems to me very unfair that because something belongs to a company that is not even sponsored, I think it is very unfair that because something belongs to a company that is not even sponsored, they put so many obstacles to erase something that should never have existed, even in military lands, because the base commander has to communicate to erase the POI, but when it is private property they immediately erase it even if the player has the property title and is not claiming for the POI.

For that simple reasons that I didn’t know there will be a lot of portal than shouldn’t be accepted in first place.
I think Niantic should be more flexible about mural that can privide players know more places intersting and that are real

Don't worry, I won't post in your threads anymore ;) I wanted to help you understand why it was removed and why you will get rejected reason for your appeal (with a proof it's not on signle family house maybe it wouldn't be rejected, but well, seems you ignored that part), but as you don't want help, that's fine for me.
Niantic worker won't explain why your appeal was rejected, and you will get very generic answer as a reply on this thread, and it might take from a few days to a few months to get any reply of Niantic worker to be posted here. The only people that can help you understand reasons for it's removal are other players, so we're trying to help with explanation in threads like. Seems you don't like to get help, so my posts stops here ;)
Niantic is not needed to inform players a nomination is not valid and that an appeal will most likely be denied. We see appeals like this all the time and all they do is clog the system.

Question. A big one. How can I prove you that a POI is in a place with 2 families living? I have documents here that's placing two differents families . How can I send it to you? By email? That are documents from governments.
Usually people just show pictures that prove the place has multiple mailboxes or door bells.
