By disguising its location from the nursery school, the Wayspot was born.
Hi, @NianticGiffard .
I have already informed you and your team about this in the Report an Issue. But just in case, I'd like to tell you why I've sent you a detailed 'Report an Issue'.
Title of the Wayspot:ぞうさん
Location:https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=34.503674,135.450605&z=19&pll=34.503612,135.450343
City: 2-2-6, Tsuruyamadai, Izumi City, Osaka
Country:Japan
Google Street View
The location of Wayspot is set in the grounds of the Daily Khanate Tsuruyamadai supermarket on the south side of the road. This is a disguise.
It is actually an elephant plaque attached to the fence of the Izumi Municipal Tsuruyamadai Nursery School on the north side of the road.
In Japanese, "和泉市立鶴山台保育園" means "Izumi-City Municipal Tsuruyamadai Nursery School" .
Next illustrates how Wayspot is established in disguise.
Here is a side-by-side comparison of ITIC and Google Street View.
Please zoom in to see.

This one is actually a good report @MagicalThorn-ING
And another report without the proper rejection mail. Take the formal approach and don't try to cheat your way around it. We all wait for our rejection mails, so should you.
I don’t believe he submitted this one. I believe that he is reporting this as inproper as he has with some correct but even many more incorrect. Unless by saying rejection, you’re intending to mean removal. I can agree if so. A lot of these reports are meaningless & feel as if they are targeted towards a player or group of players. It’s just hard to tell. I’m not one to point fingers without proof though & I have none
The problem with this report (as well as lots of other reports from OP) is that they refuse to follow proper procedure. This forum is for appealing rejected invalid Wayspot reports. OP should first report the Wayspot in-game (for K12) and if that report is rejected, they should make an appeal. If OP is for some reason unable to report this Wayspot (because, for example, it's too far from them or it's inaccessible), they should say so and I'll have no problem with this. But not following normal procedure is problematic because Niantic staff can't really keep up even with properly formulated appeals. Adding unnecessary ones to the backlog will only make current problems worse.
I completely agree with you. Hopefully OP can learn from this. No grudges are held regardless
If I recall correctly, did he (and his friend, of course) report all those Wayspots all over Japan?
Maybe he think he'd got excuse to report each of them 'remotely' using this forum. Not to mention there are in-voting nominations and edits that he also reported here, too.
Some of his reports were good but most were not. It’s all a learning experience either way. Hopefully he has been able to learn from his mistakes. It will make him a better wayfinder in the end
Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
Sorry @NianticGiffard
You can't claim "We gave this a second look" because you haven't rejected a removal request previously. This is a direct removal request without the required rejection email.
You're constantly breaking your own rules, so people don't take Niantic seriously due to all these random actions.
