The Swatara Creek Water Trail has many stops, maps, and markers along it's trail. This is not the trail head, but another waystation for the trail. Changing the title would differentiate it from other Markers for this trail. Below are photos from the Intel map showing another marker for the trail nearby it, showing the need for differentiation for the maps and markers.
In addition, "Hummel Nature" is an appropriate way to describe it because it is a location at the Hummel Nature Trail
