I like how they keep removing the threads of complaints about us not receiving our upgrades. Come on and at least tell us whats going on. We deserve that for helping you out with the backlog.
Still no rewards here either. Sad.
Same boat (and I've posted proof). They're just over it and hoping we all forget and give up on the rewards. What can we really do anyway? I've stopped reviewing stops for the time being since it's so unrewarding as-is. Being penalized (i.e., being told I didnt review stops when I did) for doing free work just pushed me over.
@NianticGiffard is actually a troll and a robot and not a real person. Real people engage with their customer base to resolve problems. Can’t resolve 2 times distance problems , can’t resolve country challenges etc. the list goes on.

That’s completely uncalled for. I’m disappointed too, but calling someone not a real person because you didn’t get a virtual reward? That’s wrong, idc what was promised. It’s not Giffard’s fault. If what’s coming out is to be believed, it’s likely the company itself that has told the mods to no longer engage about this. Again, I’m not happy about the situation either, but don’t vilify the one person who had tried to engage and help.

@CometStarfall-PGO I couldn’t care less to be honest. This crooked company is making things behind paywall and making people who are suffering in real life even more so with distance requirements. Their only mantra is money and how to fleece people and even if Giffard is real it doesn’t detract from the fact he knows his company is behaving in utterly shameful ways on whatever platform they run be it pogo , wayfarer etc. Therefore he should
engage With people who have grievances.
