Youve submitted a generic name sign for a company, its not a valid candidate and should be rejected.
Never base your submissions on what points of interest are already in they system. Some can be "grandfathered" in and no longer meet criteria, while others could have been incorrectly accepted.
Best suggestion is find something else to nominate as this is not a worthy candidate
I only add that your example of exisitng POI looks like it wasn't nominated by anyone, as it has generic POI photo and not real photo of POI that only generic added POIs from Niantic database has.
I'm alsmot 100% sure it's one of POI that was added to PoGO when Niantic tried to add some POIs from they database (as all of these POI have generic photo like that). These POIs are often things that aren't really eligible and wouldn't be aproved if someone nominate them, but database wasn't checked before adding POIs so they did get added to game by mistake. Niantic even asked to report these POIs if they aren't eligible (like this one). I'm not telling you to report it, I'm just telling you this is not a good example of something to nominate, and it won't get accepted as it's just not eligible.
Two tips:
1) Read criteria on wayfarer what is eligible and what's not before you nominate anything, and as Theisman-ING wrote, don't look at existing POIs when you look for something to nominate, as they often might not be eligible basing on current rules.
2) Apart for your nomination not being eligible, you need to think of better titles and description for your nominations. Title and description is something that will appear in games, so they need to be related to POI and gave players some information about it.
For example, if you nominate church, don't just call it "church" in title, write correct name of this church, like "St. Paul Church". I'm writing it as your title says "information board with the name of the company" and description says "building information" - this is not really related to your nomination, maybe your title would be enough as a description, but for title you should give a name of place your'e nominating. This one won't get accepted, but from your photo I can see this sign has name "Polfa Tarchomm" or something like that, this would be better choce for title (if it would be eligible thing to nominate in the first place).
I hope you will find something else to nominate in your area and it will be eligible and will be accepted. Good luck! :)
The blank photo of the wayspot "11 bit studios S.A." suggests that it may be one of the many wayspots added by Niantic themselves. You can read the news about it here:
Well, it's Niantic's game so they do can add anything they want (like they do with some sponsored places that without paying wouldn't be accepted in game). But they rather stick to they own rules, adding POIs from database was exception (and a mistake of some workers).
As okto345-ING mentioned, adding POI from Nantic's database was very recent thing (from April/May 2021), and Niantic mentioned it was they mistake with adding many not eligible things and they ask players to report them so Niantic can remove ineligible POIs. They didn't mean it to add them and it was a mistake they couldn't fix after adding POIs from database (at least they wrote it like that, look at link that okto345-ING added in post), so it seems it wasn't intentional.
So, these POIs definetly aren't something you can look as a example of nice thing to nominate. I'm sure you will find something better to nominate that will be accepted :)
