...Niantic doesn't care that Pokémon trainers have 3 accounts and dominate gyms with all their Pokémon since they can feed 90 berries in 30 minutes and then the timer resets? These trainers break the rule of one account per person, yet Niantic ignores every report. Gyms are supposed to rotate between teams. One person is not supposed to spend all day in there sitting at home feeding berries from more accounts than what we are allowed. Deal with cheaters, Niantic. They ruin the game for everyone.

I think the main issue is it would be hard to prove it’s someone with multiple accounts or a family with individual accounts? I know many family’s with 3-5 people and they all play pogo, often they are all the same team.
But this isn’t really a topic for wayfarer.

For such comments, you need to use other social Media.
The easy answer is probably because even though those players violate Niantic’s terms of service;
They’re probably paying for raid passes or boxes etc. on at least one account and generating revenue so that’s why little to no action is taken.
As others have said, there’s no official Niantic Pokémon GO forum, though @NianticGiffard has said they will pass on the feedback from that thread, so as this isn’t Wayfarer related it will get closed in time.
They are one player. Even named their accounts the same. Plus I know who they are, it's a small town. Many players are frustrated.
If that is why it's horrible.
Then link me where because I can't find anywhere else where they read. Just saying it's not for this place isn't helpful one bit.
Niantic moderators usually will tell you to contact the in game support for Pokémon GO matters.
There's no other official way.

Wayfarer relevance: A lot of people review on multiple accounts. It only takes a small number of locals each reviewing on multiple accounts to form local cabals that can make their own rules.
Just as an example @PoGoVlNCENT-ING here’s @NianticGiffard commenting on and closing a thread about a Pokémon GO specific issue.
As @Hosette-ING says, multiple Pokémon GO accounts can cause a multitude of Wayfarer issues also, so that may salvage your thread from being shut down until Niantic decide whether they need an official Pokémon GO forum.
Niantic doesn't care about multiaccounters. They hurt Pokémon Go players and you can see them also rampant in these forums creating lots of damage in Wayfarer, even some people cooperate with them in order to hurt other players.
