My only conclusion is that Niantic's code is a big mess if they are unable to find out who did review in Russia during the event.
People have posted exact details about their reviews, are you really telling me that they are lying and faking that data?

6(SIX!!!) weeks and you still are not able to rollout the upgrades. (NO, YOU HAVEN'T DONE ALL OF THEM!!! AND NO, WE WONT STOP!!!) You have offered us rewards for reviewing nominations. The circumstances have been clear. We HAVE done our Job, but YOU haven't fullfiled your part of the contract... This will only get worser and worser for you...

@NianticGiffard I find it extremely unprofessional and unethical to ignore all the people in this forum that provided 100% proof of 1) having met all requirements for the challenge 2) not having received any rewards to this date.
To this day no one from Niantic has told me my why my contribution "doesnt count" despite providing a log, including names, verdicts, titles, timestamps with exact time and date, coordinates and photos of the reviewed Russian points of interest.
Good old Niantic. It’s seem they are the best at having great products and doing their best to fuk it up and ruin their relationship with their customers . no wonder their manager resigned. You mess up in wayfarer . You Mess up on country challenges and you simply don’t listen. That’s poor play really. You refuse to engage in discussion with aggrieved players. Normal companies listen and resolve things @NianticGiffard and all you other minions without any personality or guts to believe what is right

However, we have heard your input loud and clear and so to address the concern you have raised, we are taking the following action: We will continue to build on this and other threads until Niantic delivers the rewards we earned.

This is truly outrageous! De facto you insinuate that all of us are liars!? Unbelievable😔 Anyway, we won't stop to claim what we earned! Meanwhile stopped reviewing. You surely will understand, that we will also boycot your fourth challenge, no matter where it will be.

It ruins my day every time a Russian nomination pops up due to not getting the rewards I earned.

Moved Homespot to Moscow (btw If you are not aware: it's the CAPITAL CITY of RUSSIA!!!) & reviewed several nominations (yes, from MOSCOW, RUSSIA) and all of this DURING the challenge! So give me finaly my upgrades (don't need the PoGo-rewards. Only the Upgrades in Wayfarer are welcome.)

It's very convenient to say the proof we've provided "may not be accurate" and just move on, isn't it? We're all just lying and didn't review any Russian subs at all during the event apparently.

Niantic prooving why not - MISSING (and no, a simple "because we say so" is NOT enough...) Your Database seems not to be consistent, if you can't link an Account with the reviews this Account had done...
It's more than clear, that you are building this huge Database to sell/use it afterwards. The (upcoming) "forced" scan-tasks are more than clear...Wondering what a new customer would say to this problem?
REACT FINALLY! Don't care how much manpower you need for this. But if you would everybody answer individualy, it would "be DONE"...And nobody could/would complain anymore with a 100% proof of Niantic, delivering the data...(but as i mentioned above- your Database seems to be corrupt. You ARE SIMPLY NOT ABLE to prove- and acting like you do, is the last chance to try to hide your problems with your Database/Servers...LOL
