I think this spot is K12.
According to the official website above, it is a facility used by children and their parents, and on weekdays it is a shelter for children who are away from home after school. It also provides support for pre-school children who have stumbling blocks in their physical and mental development.
It seems to have been approved recently as a spot, and it is possible that they hid this information during the application process and tricked the judges into letting them through.

This wayspot is not K-12 because the users are not limited to children.
This facility has a place for citizens to relax called the Iwanuma City Fureai Salon. This place is open to all citizens and workers in the city. Also, the area that is usually open to children is rented out to citizens at night and on holidays.

Iwanuma Minami Plaza is adjacent to Iwanuma Minami Primary School.
You can see from the Google Map that each entrance is very close to the other.
I can honestly, I have tried to think about this from several directions, but I personally don't see the point of keeping Wayspot alive from any of them.
I would like to know if you have a strong desire to keep Iwanuma Minami Plaza as a permanent POI, a facility for infants, children with physical and mental disabilities and their parents, and babies and their mothers.
