Hello,
I usually review using my Pokemon GO account. My Ingress Prime account is only level 6. I reviewed using the Pokemon GO account several days ago. In Paragould, Arkansas, I reviewed nomination next to a Portal. Just south of Paragould City Hall is Paragould Statue of Liberty on Ingress Intel Map. Across W Court St is the Portal named Desert Storm Memorial. However, the statue of liberty is actually part of the Portal for Desert Storm Memorial. I filled out the request remove or modify a Wayspot using my Pokemon GO account. One was just a Portal. I received a reply with instructions and a link. I contacted city hall in Paragould. If I was in Paragould, I know how to report the one as ineligible. However, I am about 150 miles away. I do not drive. That is a long walk that I have no plans to make. How do I remove the one that should not be present when I am not there? Google Maps is accurate.

So the memorial and the statue are the same object?
Unless blatant abuse, you can't report them from a distance, even in this forum. The only thing you can do is try to ask any local players to do the report.
...or, you may want to learn a trick or two from those Japanese on how to report Wayspots without rejection emails (please don't take this one seriously, it's just sarcasm lol)

Why did you contact the City hall?
Don't you think that they have better things to do with their time instead of trying to understand what you want them to do about a game that they don't know about? (I had to read your message twice in order to properly understand the request and I do know what is Ingress, Pokemon and Wayfarer, a normal person would think that you're talking in another language)

However, I also received his from I assume Niantic. The email requests me to do that. I did. I have contacted somebody after receiving one of these before. The person did not understand then. Both times, the people had things to do besides help me. I know that.
You got that email because you sent your request via a system that is only for property owners to have Wayspots removed from their property.
What you need to do is go to the offending portal/stop in game and report it there (and then if that report gets rejected appeal the rejection in the appropriate sub-forum here.)
Unles he lives 150 miles away from the Wayspot and he don't drive.

I do not drive. If I went with a friend, that is a 2.5 hour drive there and the same to return. I have several friends that drive. However, I do not want to ask any friend or Uber to take me that distance just to report what looks to be an intentional duplicate. I do not abuse the system but know how. I know of Trainers in Pokemon GO that have more than one account. When that person nominates the same thing more than once at the same time, that can ... I will not finish that sentence. I do not know any person in that part of the state. If I did, that was an idea.
