I've been taking 360 degree photos. The object is located on the opposite side of the entrance sign, 90 meters away from the object. It straddles the boundary line that relates to the number of gyms, and it is possible that this was an intentional adjustment.　

The location of the pavilion and debris monument in the park was accurate.

The sponsoring vending machine was off by about 10 meters, but the facility was separated by 50 meters. With a large parking lot, it is likely that they were trying to gain an advantage on the game board.

As a side note, everything in this area and the Pacific coast was destroyed by the disaster. Aerial photos have not been updated in many places, and the same goes for street view. Nor do the applicants have their own.

So, they are reviewed and approved with extremely unclear locations. And they are displayed in showcases to see if they are rated unusually high.

However, the unclear positions were used to their advantage on the game board, and they were moved at will. The judges might want to consider punishing them for this.
