Large empty space causes autoscroll to not scroll to the submit button after answering "What is it?"

The "new" Wayfarer update added an unnessecary large, empty space at the end of the "What is it?" question that is so large you can no longer see the "submit" button under it when reviewing on mobile.
Additionally, the autoscroll feature stops working once you reach the "What is it?" question, meaning that it won't scroll to the submit button when the review is otherwise complete.
