This issue has been mentioned in passing in the discussion boards but I believe it is truly an easily-fixable bug and should be reported here as well. This only applies to Dark Mode, a feature that I treasure! My eyes thank you in advance for rectifying this oversight. :)

The only way to see the title is to highlight the text - more clicks and arm movements, as well as more time:
