I came across this nomination during the screening process.
The position applied for is out of alignment.
Looking at the street view, the location is completely adjacent to the already adopted spot of Gyoja-sha, which is too close to be adopted in the game.
If this were the only problem, we could simply propose a correction to the location and review it, but the problem is the first sentence of this capture description.
Translation
There is a shrine next to it that is a pokestop, and since it is close to the S2 cell in terms of location, the position has been shifted slightly.
It's a completely intentional shift.
This is because it cannot be used in Pokémon GO.
This would have to be called abuse (false nomination).
Please investigate.
