A case of falsifying a private grave as a stone monument

This is what I found during my review.
If you look closely at the submitted image, you can see what appears to be a row of modern tombstones in the background.
Could it be that this monument is also a tombstone?

Yes, the word "居士" can be clearly read.
The letters next to it also indicate that it is the grave of a person who died in 1871. It is not a memorial. It is the grave of an individual.
As you can see in this thread, there have been cases in the past where players have been punished for passing off a grave as a stone monument.
