The photo sphere was made 3 days ago (it is totally updated) 2 portals were eliminated, I will make a new post for the other one that is missing.

Is there any hospital, school or fire staiton around or is it located on private property?

There is a school but it is across the street, it does not obstruct at all, and the portal is very easy to access
What is on the other side of the wall? It looks like private residential property from satellite view
