Mh, was there some kind of reset in the database, because the portal was already moved to the right position in this thread: Lccation Edit for Staatsanwaltschaft München I — Wayfarer (nianticlabs.com) and is now back to it's original wrong position ... i mean exaclty to it's old position. Not moved - reseted.

Thanks for the appeal, @zeitautomatik-ING! Based on the evidence provided, we’ve moved the Portal to the correct location.
It appears that the location edit got undone, same on more recently edited POIs.
Should we reappeal all of them?
