I've had this rejected twice, one for culture/historical and second for does not meet criteria and poor photo. It's a bmx track, the start of it, theres no sign for the course but it shouldnt matter

I don't think it's completely a lost cause, but I think it's going to need some work. To be frank the main photo looks like a bit of litter strewn wasteground rather than a bmx track - you're going to need to clear/get cleared the worst of the rubbish, and you need a clearer photo (maybe wait for a sunny day?). I think you also need to put BMX in both title and description.
@Faversham71-PGO my original photo actually had less mess, but, sue to outbreak and loving in bad area, people have been going there to drink
I thought cycle track would cover for bmx
I think BMX track will plant the idea of uneven lumps better. One thing you could try is to borrow a BMX and lean against the start post to dress the shot. Alternatively are there any wooden ramps/log rolls you could focus on?
@Faversham71-PGO theres a rocky hilly bit that I could try and get, I was mostly getting this bit as it was right I the middle of it
Possibly cleaning the graffiti tags off the sign might help as well.
