[Bug] Expanded photo does not close

I recently started experiencing this bug.
1) Click on photo, it expands
2) Click in margin of expanded photo, expecting it to close
3) Image opens in new tab instead of closing
Bug remains after I rebooted my computer. Similar problem on my phone too.

I let the review in my GIF expire, and the expanded image was still stuck over the website when I returned to the home page:

You HAVE to click the X in the upper left hand corner. Its very annoying, I can't tell if its intended or a bug, but I hope they fix the issue.

Like somebody in your thread commented, pressing Esc works as well. But unless my muscle memory is wrong, clicking outside the area of the expanded photo used to close the image. I wish it still did!

Thank you for bringing this up. We had another explorer show is the same thing so we have added it to our notes. We appreciate your patience while we work on it. For now, yes, just like @TrevorAlan-PGO mentioned, click exactly on the X. Thanks y'all!
