Title of the Wayspot: Memorial Rock In Memory of Dianna Jandos
Location: Lat 28.243066. Long -81.303805
City: Saint Cloud
Country: United States
There is no rejection email since I am requesting the return of the wayspot, not its removal
Additional information: if this was removed because you could not verify location, i have taken photos of four surrounding buildings. If it was removed for "obstructs emergency access" the photos show it is in Parking lot of an office building which is separate from the hospital. The parking lot is not the driveway for the emergency room. Furthermore, the wayspot is located in a pedestrian friendly grassy knoll.

As it has already been explained, especially to you @jaimelee81-PGO in your only other comments on this entire forum, the rejection criteria for obstructs emergency services states the following is ineligible:
Location obstructs the driveways of emergency services or may interfere with the operations of fire stations, police stations, hospitals, military bases, industrial sites, power plants, or air traffic control towers
The POI doesn't have to be directly on top of the emergency room to obstruct the driveway leading up to it.
St. Cloud Regional Medical Center has two emergency bays. One at the main emergency room on the south side of the building, and a second one at the northwest corner of the building, by the helipad. These are pictured below for you:
In the map above, the location in question is represented with the red X, the two emergency bays are represented with yellow stars, and the driveways that emergency vehicles will take to get to those two emergency bays are shown in yellow. The location in question very clearly obstructs the driveway of emergency services.
The real key piece of evidence is a sign located right next to the location of the POI in question, that directs travelers to the emergency room:
It is clearly intended that this driveway leads to the emergency room, otherwise there would not be a sign here that directs travelers to the emergency room. As such, this driveway leads to and could obstruct emergency services, and therefore does not meet the criteria. Please also take notice that the pictures that the OP provided conveniently just happen to not show the area where this sign should be located.
Futhermore, the statement that the OP gave that the location is an "office building which is separate from the hospital," is very clearly false, but even if that were true, the driveway would still obstruct that of the hospital and its emergency room.
Keep in mind, Niantic also considers painted fire hydrants ineligible because their use as a game location may obstruct the fire department if the hydrant ever needed to be used. Niantic is quite liberal about what they consider to obstruct emergency services.
I’m not sure why you are so angry. I was told that this was a safe place to request the return of legitimate nominations that may have inadvertently been removed as “fake”.
And you have done so safely. Andis has just refuted your false claims with visual proof.
Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided we have decided to restore the Wayspot.
@NianticGiffard when will this be happening?
@29andCounting-PGO are you also @28andCounting-PGO? Those are remarkably similar names 🤔
I had to check for 27 and 30... Too bad I was disappointed.
Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to restore the Pokéstop/Gym in question and made necessary changes to the photos.
That's my brother. The numbers indicate the number of siblings we have. [REDACTED]
I'm sorry, you're not allowed to say "we're Mormon"? That's weird
