Are row houses considered private residential property?

I do remember seing some clarification about this, but I cannot find it. I would like to refer to something official about this.

According to Niantics definition of PRP, no row houses are not PRP.
However, practically it depends on where you live
For instance, if anyone trys to submit a POI on a Terraced house in the UK, it will get rejected as PRP, because despite what Niantic may think, UK Wayfarers know Terraced houses are PRP.
On the whole you are correct but blue plaques can and are on terrace houses and are PRP. They are in game so all depends on the nomination.
Plaques on terraced houses used to get through a couple of years ago, but PRP seems to be taken more seriously these days. The vast majority of housing stock in the UK is terraced or semi-detached. Each house sits on it's own plot of land so as far as I'm concerned they're PRP.
Good morning,
Based on Niantic's definition, I thought that row houses would qualify as PRP as they would not share common property leading directly to the residence; ie. individual yard, walkway, entry door.
As opposed to an apartment/condo style place, which has a common walkway, common entry door, common hallways, common stairways, etc.
Having said that, I now cannot locate where this was defined. All this criteria really needs to be consolidated.

Do you have a source for that? This has been something that's been widely discussed and Niantic has taken some direct actions that support this view, but I've never seen anything definitive.
Isn't Niantic'a definition of PRP "single family private residence" anyway? So, if each house has one family living inside, they would be PRP under NIA's guidelines
