Not sure why NIA ops decided to remove this one, I attached 2 photos to the location edit report which I thought showed clearly enough that the location could be safely accessed. There is a sidewalk along the road here that extends from Grady Way/City Hall at the bottom of the hill all the way to the intersection with Puget Drive further up the hill so this can be safely accessed via sidewalk from north or south.

I'm bumping this thread as its now been over a week, I figured all the photos I provided would be sufficient for this request but I'm happy to go take more if needed.
