More than 7 nominations per 14 days

I love submitting Waypoints (34 accepted as of now) and am also a frequent reviewer.
I´d like to see a way to submit more that just the 7 Waypoints per 2 weeks for all players or at least the most dedicated Wayfarers.
Alternatively i woud wish for a way to safe nominations on my personal device to submit later, similar to the Waypoint scans (eiter because my nominations are used up or because connectivity issues at the location of the Waypoint).
Even though i try to submit as much as possible i either have nothing to submit in my hometown and therefore go without submitting anything for months or i have more potential submissins that the 7 i´m allowed to submit (when on vacation for example)
I recently went on a ~150km hike with lots of very good potential waypoints in areas with absolutly no current waypoints but could only submit 7 of them (5 are already aproved Waypoints).

You do. You just need to play Ingress as well and then you get another 14.
I would think there will be an “Upload Later” option soon on Pokémon GO (and hopefully Ingress) for Waypoint nominations as the button says “Upload Now”.
The "Nominate later" feature sounds promising.
I already have an Ingress account on lvl 8 but the game is too boring to bother leveling to 14...
You only need Ingress level 10 to submit wayspots.
Thats still taking too much time to level in a game i don´t even wanna play
You’ll be at the Pokémon GO limit then I’d imagine.
Much like the people behind the game (The Pokémon Company International & Nintendo for GO) decide the cells and such, I would think they decided how many nominations you get, and not the Wayfarer team.
in the long run it worked out for the most of the people that made a lvl10 ingress toon. It wasnt a hard work, and i am happy that i have another 14 a fourthnight
Wait for a double ap event in ingress (even if uou just turn on the game and check the news feed, it shoukd tell you when one is) then just play during that, you should have naturally got the medals to get to 9 and maybe 10, so with double ap events it shouldn't be as annoying
There will be one in November for sure. So make sure you’re playing a little before then, as it’s the games anniversary so there’s always some good stuff. Folks are helpful on the Ingress forums too.
There’s also a double AP item so if you get some of those 4x AP!
Hello @WhiteRavenOs-PGO,
Thank you for your suggestions. Actually, we are already working on an Upload Later feature :) check out our update HERE. As for the more nominations, this is something I will bring to the team for consideration.
Thank you very much :)
Hope you increase the Ingress limit if you’re considering increasing the Pokémon GO one then.
Yeah, I've been toying with maybe leveling up ingress... I'm lv5 since launch I just haven't played.
So I echo the sentiment that its annoying and a waste of time for a game that I'm not interested in, being forced to play to be able to submit more
It would be nice for those of us (in either game) that prove that we are good at nominating, and reviewing, that maybe we can have the ability to submit to have our nomination submission pool increased? (Pending a manual review, so put in the application and someone from Niantic would have to look it over and approve it to negate abuse)
I guess we'd have a Wayfarer credit score, and if its good enough and we request a credit increase we could get approved. lol
I agree that we want more good submitters out there - regardless of what game they use to submit! But as an Ingress player, I hate to see so many new people arrive, appear on the map, do a few things and then just disappear when they hit whatever level they need to submit nowadays. That feels like using Ingress as a utility, even more than it's currently used for its Intel map. I'd much rather see new players who truly love the game! However, Ingress does need more players, and those extra submissions have set the hook for a few now-expert Ingress players crossing over. I'm one of them (barring the "expert" tag), so I know. :)
A merit-based increment for allowed submissions would be a good thing for everyone, I think. In the interim, I'd love to be in contact with those crossover players, showing them some of the more fun parts of the game and maybe getting one or two people as addicted as I am.
I don't think that additional nominations should be given to anyone without some kind of reciprocation. As it stands currently, many areas have very long turn around times and it is clear that a lot of folks nominate much more than they review.
Personally I think the nomination allotments should be decreased, Pokemon to 7 per month and Ingress to 7 or 14 per month.
Along with this change, nominations would stack up to double the total allotment. In other words, if you knew in advance that you would need more you could wait a month and then have 2 times the normal amount available. Additionally agreements would be used to earn bonus nominations. Currently agreements as a "currency" can only be used to "purchase" upgrades at a rate of 100:1. In this new system, bonus nominations would cost somewhere between 10-25 agreements (this could scale based on whatever system determines review speed aka required reviewer count in a given area) and upgrades could be reduced slightly in cost from 100 to 75.
I believe that these changes would improve the overall experience for most folks involved as it would increase reviewing and lower the wait times for nearly all players.
I wonder if the Pokemon Go "Upload later" will work if you're more than 25k away when you try to upload.
I'll bet it won't use a nomination slot until it's submitted (starting the 14-day timer for when you get it back). So, for example, if you have 5 nomination slots left, and choose "Upload later" for 5 nominations, would it allow you to upload a 6th?
Agree with your
How about giving Wizard Unite a chance to submit too? Maybe that's one way to get ppl to play WU again 😬
Ongoing discussion on their forums.
No WB/Niantic input as yet. Any ideas @NianticTintino ?
Well, seeing "no inns in the area" will make a change for "helping the community with this pokestop nomination"
“No greenhouses here, please approve” 😆
submitting again so please make greenhouse this time, no fortress, thank you
Should WU have 7 spot, player of all 3 games would have a total of 28 nominations, i think that would be more than enough for a single player to have, especially during this travel restrictions
I think 7 would be an okay amount for HPWU to have.
I do wonder what the level should be for it.
Pokémon GO is level 38, which is 12 levels under the maximum. Following that, it would mean that HPWU would be level 48, as their maximum level is 60.
Or it could follow Ingress and have it be 6 levels under the maximum with being able to use Wayfarer stuff at level 10, and the max being level 16 (before any recurse anyways), so would be level 54.
Not much in but a lot of HPWU players are already level 60, so I think level 54 may be better.
Ingress is 6 lvl below max
PG is 12 lvl below max
So following the above trend, then maybe WU can try 18 lvl below max 😬
When Wayfarer access was granted, Pogo was 2 levels below max for nominations and max level for reviews.
Thanks for sharing this. I'll bring this up to the team and it'll actually be a learning opportunity to see what it takes/is needed for other games.... I'm excited to explore! Will report back when I have learnings to share :)
