Additional information: I nominated the sculpture, they go and mark it as a duplicate of the library. It is the third time this has happened to me, I am tired of the lazy reviewers who can get out of these mistakes without punishment.

If you can see the Library building in your photo or the picture of the library POI includes this sculptuer then it will get marked as duplicate. If may be too close to an existing POI to be seen in the game. Don't blame "lazy reviewers", if you have had this rejected 3 times as a duplicate that is a lot of people who have made the same decision.
La razón que siempre te marquen la estatua como duplicado es porque en la foto de la biblioteca sale el monumento.
Haz una foto nueva para la biblioteca en la que no se vea la estatua y ponla de portada. Asi no te marcaran como duplicado el monumento.

I am not saying that in this case they have denied this 3 times but that the lazy reviewers have already marked me as duplicate 3 nominations that were not. If they are not able to read "sculpture" in the description and know how to differentiate it from a building, they play keys like monkeys at full speed without paying attention.
Es lo que haré cuando acabe el confinamiento pero es que no saben distinguir una escultura de un edificio!
Te recomiendo que renombres la biblioteca con el título de la escultura. Puesto que el POI está sobre la escultura, no debería suponer un problema.
Seguidamente pide la biblioteca como POI sin que la foto incluya la escultura. Incluso si es la simple placa de la biblioteca, mejor.
