Hope you are both settling in to your roles.
There have been problems with how approved POI, edits, photos etc are translating into games.
It has been going on since end July.
There are continual posts about the problems, mainly about non-appearance in ingress but also about non-appearance in all games.
We no longer have access to a reliable database to check if something is already approved.
Last week NianticThia said it was a bug. But that is all we have had.
We have provided lots of data to try and help.
We are keen to see this resolved but really this is taking too long with a lack of info.
Any update?

We've waited for quite a while, and although they may be fixing the bugs they have not even listed it as a bug in a few forums. When we have an outage in our IT department, we are required to provide status updates to the customers of the product.
Lol. Oh so optimistic…
I don’t mind waiting, we have been waiting over a month and half.
As @Shilfiell-ING says the normal protocol would be to mark it as a bug, place on a known issues sites and provide updates. Simple things like problem recognised, identified, solution proposed, timescale expected.
Hi @Elijustrying-ING,
Thanks for bringing this up and will admit it's my fault for dropping the ball with communication on this. I will make sure to update this on the known bugs/issues page but real quickly, we we have gathered all of the other posts I could find/tagged in and created the bug report. Our team is looking into it and we hope to have more information by the end of the week.
@NianticTintino
Thanks for this it is really helpful to know that something is happening and a timeline.
Hi @NianticTintino
Just bumping this up as it’s the end of the week 😎
Any update?
If things haven’t developed as expected could you please just say so, and give a revised timeline.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Elijustrying-ING,
Danbocat just posted an update yesterday about the issue HERE. Unfortunately, we are waiting on the other teams for us to have a more robust update.
Thanks for this update.
