Abuse of location editing

Title of the Wayspot:見附テクノ・ガーデンシティ(北)

This may be a weak case of abuse.

If you want to match the current photo of the spot, the current location is correct, but the proposed destination also has a large sign as the title of the spot, so you can say it is correct either way.

However, since this move crosses a cell, it could be that they are trying to move it in order to create a gym for their convenience. It's a difficult decision to make.

Title of the Wayspot:JR安達駅

The current location is in the station building and is correct. This is clearly an incomprehensible move to a location and a move that crosses cells, so it is considered to be an abuse of Pokémon GO to gain an advantage.

Title of the Wayspot:大谷橋(だいやばし)

It is just a common bridge, but its current location is correct. It is about to be moved to the middle of the intersection for some reason. I don't know why, but it is obviously not accessible by foot, and is dangerous and inappropriate.

These two areas are recurrent. And there is a large amount more positional editing than before. This can be considered spam.

Please investigate.
