The other day this wayspot was eliminated, this portal exists and is completely pedestrian, I would like you to review it, thank you.

I can see that you've provided the information in an edit. I've edited out the part of my comment that's about this.
Second: this looks like the fence of a private farm. If it is, it's ineligible and the removal is correct.
It is on the front gate of what appears to be a private home. This would render the Wayspot invalid since Wayspots are prohibited from being anywhere on private residneital property, which includes anything at the gate, on exterior walls and along property line.
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Pokéstop/Gym.
