ABUSE - Clermont, FL photoshop, PRP, and fake nomination abuse

A user in Clermont, FL is utilizing photoshop and other deceptive tactics such as fake google maps locations to get fake wayspots approved on PRP.

Before I continue, here is a link to the Lake County property appraiser's website, where you can see that the area in question is indeed Private Residential Property, and that the supposed "park" is actually two parcels of undeveloped private residential property, where the eastern parcel belongs to the owners of the eastern adjacent home and the western parcel belongs to the owners of the western adjacent home:

Private residential property, not a public playground

No pedestrian access, this is in the middle of the road, literally on the gate for the gated community.

Further Information:

I discovered this cluster of abuse due to reviewing a nomination mostly identical to Wetlands North Entrance, however the one I reviewed was titled Wetlands North Entrance Sign, which likely used the same pictures. It was the supplemental photo of the nomination I reviewed that really made the photoshop obvious:

Special shuotout to not just the obvious bad things about this photoshop such as the awkward size and proportions of the sign, its angle, cartoonishness, and lack of any reflection or color variation, but also the little shrub they used to cover up the bottom of the pole:

Additionally, it is worth mentioning that I previously reported a different fake nomination scheme attempting to put nominations on PRP a couple miles away. The close proximity of the two abuse cases may be because they are related: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/21683/abuse-clermont-fl-horrible-fake-nomination-scheme/p1

@NianticGiffard Please escalate this to the abuse team
