That looks like an abandonned house.., or did anyone live in that house?
There is people living in that house. A single family. It’s a residential home
First of all: you have to report the Wayspot in-game first. This forum is only for appealing rejected reports.
Second: being within 40 meters of residential property is not a reason for removal (or rejection). Being on residential property is what makes a Wayspot ineligible.
Third: if your in-game report is rejected and you decide to make an appeal, you should provide more conclusive proof that this is a single-family home indeed. Show the front door with a single doorbell and postbox, for example.

It's a bit hard to tell it by that picture. Niantic may accept it, but if you can you should provide a better picture.
This setup of an outter open door is a bit uncommon for single family houses.

En este caso no se dió a bien entender que la casa es unifamiliar pero los habitantes de Chile entendemos claramente que así es un tipo de construcción Antigua que cuenta con 2 tipos de entrada. La fachada del hogar presentan un espacio tipo Hall y luego viene el acceso a la casa en si.
Es una construcción Antigua típica de casa del siglo XIX y han pintado un mural en sus paredes laterales. @NianticGiffard favor da una revisada adicional
Destaqué la situación en las imágenes aportadas por el mismo wayfinder, además la casa cuenta con una alarma de seguridad ciudadana que también se aprecia claramente. En la evidencia también destaca que la propiedad privada-residencia unifamiliar que no tiene cierres perimetrales hacia la calle dando un contacto directo propiedad residencial unifamiliar y calle por tanto el PDI además es un sitio no seguro para desarrollarse un juego seguro hay riesgo evidente.
