This art piece was installed in February 2019 as part of the Mardi Gras celebrations across the country. https://www.broadsheet.com.au/sydney/city-file/article/oxford-street-signs-around-country-have-been-given-rainbow-makeovers-honour-mardi-gras
However, it turns out that it was a temporary installment.
The screenshot from Google Street View, dated November 2020, shows that there is no trace of the sculpture left at the site. Given that it was present in March 2019 (as evidenced by my photo submission for the portal) that means it must have been removed since then.

Appeal Accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
