    You cannot appeal rejected nominations. If you think it meets the Niantic criteria you have to resubmit.

    Thanks for your feedback @sogNinjaman-ING , maybe I choose the wrong topic. I already sent it 26 times => 26 rejection. Here are the rejections reasons:

    • Photo appears to include a recognizable license plate
    • The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on the grounds of a primary/secondary school (up to K-12) or on the premises of a child care/day care center,
    • Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria.
    • The real-world location of the nomination appears to have explicit or inappropriate activity
    • The real-world location of the nomination appears to be sensitive (e.g. non-historic or culturally significant gravestones or cemeteries),
    • The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on private residential property or farm.
    • Nomination title or description is not relevant,
    • Insufficient evidence that the nomination accurately reflects the submitted real-world location based on comparison of the submitted photo and map views.
    • Photo is low quality (e.g., pitch black/blurry photos or photos taken from a car)
    • Photo of the nomination appears to be of a body part instead of a valid object
    • Photo appears to include a recognizable face
    • The real-world location of the nomination could not be confirmed to have an acceptable pedestrian pathway leading up to it
    • Nomination is fake and does not exist at the submitted location
    • Photo of the nomination appears to be of a person or group of people instead of a valid object
    • Photo appears to be tilted, sideways, or upside down

    I already tried different photos (even from inside), posted the link to the forum (https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/comment/81778#Comment_81778), articles speaking about it (https://www.rtl.lu/radio/business-news/a/35477.html). So at the end, I'm asking is my submission coal or reviewers not cool ?

    Is there a way to improve it or should I give up ? (tried with the same text in another plaza => approved on first try)

    If you have had 26 rejections for the same submission, perhaps the reviewing community are are suggesting you find something else.

    Consider waiting for Niantic to implement their appeals, and then maybe appeal it... it should be coming out sometime before the end of December 32nd.

    There should be a plaque somewhere commemorating the shopping centre's opening though.

    I can't really tell from the picture, but is there anything unique about that geometric sculpture thing to the left of the "Belval" sign? If so, you might have better luck with that.
