Additional information:
This portal was removed unfairly, I attach photos that the portal actually exists, as well as the address of the street view link, where you can see that it has an easy and safe access through the main entrance.
In addition you can see that it is a soccer field, which meets the standards and rules of admissibility to be a portal of the niantic game network.
I hope you can please return it to the ingress portal network.

By this report, there are actually two Wayspots that got removed, and he's now pleading to @NianticGiffard to remove the third.
And by the way, please turn all your photos geotagged.
"Easy and safe access", si claro, debiste agregar "just for chendoskii" te faltó. Mejor no mentirle a Niantic.
This multi-court is in a private area, specifically in the "central valley mining company", it has access control only for workers, and not even the Pipemoragon agent can access that place
Sure, a portal may exist but the important thing is that it meets the acceptance criteria. I invite you to read the criteria on the places that are applied within industrial areas. The grace of the game is that it is to know new places safely, not an access point only for authorized personnel.
And according to the rules, there's nothing wrong with that. Look at November AMA (https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/10321/november-ama-your-questions-answered/p1):
How does “publicly accessible” apply to locations that have limited access, like members-only clubs, gated communities, time-restricted areas?
Just like with the definition of private residential property, this guideline hasn’t changed. These locations would still be eligible, including restricted areas on the grounds of a company’s headquarters or behind locked gates so long as there wouldn’t be objections to you entering the area and the location is accessible to some folks. We do not expect all players to have access to all locations but we strongly recommend following real-world rules while attempting to access locations.
You guys should be defending the idea that it interferes with the operation of the industrial plant and try to get the "Obstructs Emergency Services" idea to stick.
the place cannot be entered by civilians, only by workers, even the agent Pipemoragon cannot enter there
@NianticGiffard can you please review this before the weekend, and end this already?
Any maybe close this thread, too.
Ohhh believe me, this won't end, they will nominate the wayspot again for sure.
there are still portals within that private sector, and it is very likely that they will continue to request more portals there, I hope Niantic takes steps to prevent requests from being approved in places like that, and that there are sanctions for those who continue to repeat the same offense, it is not the first time that they request portals there
Hello @NianticGiffard ?
Don't worry, they requested the portal again and it showed up again a few days ago, thankfully when they captured it I saw it in the comm and got to report it. Soon I'll be posting another thread asking for it to get removed again 😉 it's inside an industrial site so it doesn't meet the criteria to exist
Turns out, I was right. If they said they removed the portals there and also sanctioned the one who requested them, hopefully they do the same to the one who requested it again.
Please, cite the criteria that doesn't allow PoI inside private companies or industrial sites.
What industry operations would possibly be occurring on a sports court? If the company has installed this, it isn't as if workers or authorised visitors who are are standing around on the sports court would be interfering with the operations of the company.
Of course, there you have it.
Please read the whole sentence.
Or, did you not read the whole sentence related to PRP when Giffard decided to reject your appeal for a mural on the sidr of PRP?
We have reviewed the report and have restored the Wayspot in accordance with our policies. Thanks for helping us maintain the quality of the Wayspots.
Having said that, I have closed the thread for future comments.
