Repeat fake offender
@NianticGiffard The submitter has not taken heed of whatever action Niantic have done and has resubmitted a faked Wayspot. This has been raised twice before, the most recent being here: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/23341/attempts-at-a-fake-wayspot-again#latest Further action clearly needs taken against the submitter.
Could further action please be taken, please.

Just for reference, here's the post I made about it last time it was in system. Looks to be a slightly different main photo.
Whatever action was taken previously hasn't deterred this individual from trying again with it.
Repeat offenders is kinda the meta when it comes to fakes, Nia's anti-abuse system doesn't work, has never worked and it'll just keep happening until they start putting limits on peoples in-game accounts, they get a gentle slap on the wrist, and MAYBE they get a 30 day ban from wayfarer, but they can still submit without any limits in-game, so it realistically changes nothing.
Until Niantic start banning accounts, nothing is going to change.
The Wayfarer team has to grow some balls. It was not clear to me before, but the moment I saw the newest sync issue with Ingress and the Wayfarer team saying "we are ready to work with the Pogo/Ingress team" it dawned upon me that the wayfarer team plays a fully passive role in this issue. They have no power lever. But that's what they need or it's going to end up as a one-sided beatdown. If the Wayfarer team cannot sanction game accounts but receive the abuse from those games all the time, then they will vanish into insignificance.
Hi @JamieofArds-ING! We have reviewed the report and have taken action on the Wayspots and Wayfinder in accordance with our policies.
They might not have the power to ban game accounts, but they should be able to reject any nomination that comes from those accounts.
There have been previous reports of people that had one strike and all their pending nominations came back rejected at the same time, so that shows that they can do it but they don't care enough about abusers.
