Posting mine as a file rather than an image since no moderators are available to review images right now.
I have 1 nomination in queue and 1 nominating in voting that were both made 8/08/2020 - just over a year ago. I'm sure others can beat me.

Darn, lost by a day.
This doesn't show the full picture though, when looking back through nominations in my home cell (the longest local wait time) that have reached agreement the last fourty-one have all been upgraded before I finally reach one that has finished review without upgrade and that one was submitted in March 2021, a full 6 months ago.
It's very rare that anything sits long enough to not get upgraded so I don't truly know how long the average wait time in my area is.
My two oldest are from, Dec. 20th 2020. One of them is even still in queue.
17/7/2020 (in queue) and 19/7/2020 (in voting)
I've not had a decision that wasn't due to an upgrade since April 2020
14th August 2021. It has an Update Next ready on it.
Things move relatively quickly around here.

Everything was already voted. And the most recent nomination was made a week ago (already accepted without upgrade)
Scrap that. It’s been accepted. So now it’s 28th August 2021
My oldest is from 2021-09-20, as in my area submissions are usually already finally evaluated within 2 weeks without an upgrade. 😁
I still have edits from the end of 2019, which are slowly starting to be processed bit by bit. Not fun to wait that long. 🙄

My oldest one in voting until last week was from 14th October 2018. Now I have 5 nominations left from 2019, 4 of them still in queue.
German postal codes 34327, 34212, 34302 are really slow - my oldest still pending nominations are both from March 24, 2020, and both still In Queue. Several others from May and June 2020 are also still stuck In Queue or In Voting.
My oldest two active submissions are from the same day, 9/24/2020, and both turned a year old just a few days ago. They are two different inscriptions of quotes from President Truman at the World War 2 Memorial in Washington DC.
The one has been in voting since right around when I submitted it, and the other has been trapped in queue the entire time.
I also have one from last November and one from last December.
I have one from last year October.

Nominations typically take between 2 to 8 weeks in my town, as do edits. Strangely, the one edit that I have outstanding from May is one that probably should've been very quick to get through the system. It's a new photo submission.
During lockdown, a café in our town that happens to be a wayspot decided to get a new **** of paint on their frontage. The new paint job was a different colour to the old one, but otherwise you can clearly see it's the same café, so I decided to take a photo with the updated colour scheme to reflect the change, and it seems to be taking forever to reach a decision. Other edits and submissions within the vicinity of it have reached resolutions, but this photo submission just seems to be stuck. And as it's an edit, I can't even keep track of it on Wayfarer, which is frustrating.
It was a nomination that was submitted on 20 July 2020, a tennis association. It eventually resolved itself naturally last Monday. Now it's 17 July 2021. No idea about edits though, but an old edit I did in September 2019 came through the other day. There are probably many old ones still pending.
Well hopefully the team may implement edit tracking and management soon like they've hinted at in a previous announcement.
Starting to thing this is bogus.
Well your nomination is marked as "Upgrade Next" rather than "Upgraded", so you should probably do more reviewing to earn that Upgrade.
Still the same date for me. Different submission. Not upgrading to see how long it takes to get through normally.
