You can see the the google tag named 'Bot tola Durga dalan'. Dalan and Mandir means Hindu temple in bengali languege. This portal is clearly seen as it is placed on a residential property. Its beside the main road where this google map tag located. Here I have provided some photos oh this portal which shows where it is located.
First 2 of the above photos are the main temple's photo and last 2 photos are the supporting photos of the portal which clearly indicates that its beside the main road.
I am not level12 yet on Ingress Prime to edit this portal or I cant ask any of my PoGo friends to edit it too as it is not live at Pokemon GO map.
I hope admins will check this issue and look after it.
