Additional information: I apologize, this is a small move, but it is important to my friend. She is an active Pokemon GO player and does a ton of reviewing in Wayfarer (she introduced me to reviewing!) She submitted this waystop at the end of July and decided to upgrade it to get it into the game (Pokemon GO). It was accepted but it went into a level 17 S2 cell that already had a waystop so it didn't enter Pokemon GO.
Please consider moving this to its original pin location of 41.29820,-81.85985 so it can become a new pokestop for my friend

It was moved because it was placed in the field of play. That's not where pins go.
It should actually be moved more to the west as the location is still in the field of play of the baseball field. Moving it east further on to the field is going the wrong direction.
Indeed, but since reviewers may not have all come to the same "off the field of play" location the outcome is wonky.
Thanks for the appeal, @Hypno68-PGO! Based on the evidence provided, we’ve made necessary changes to the Pokéstop/Gym's location.
Gosh... not the move I was hoping for, but it is pretty legitimate
It doesn't help my local Pokémon GO players •• they'll never get to see the waystop

As other have already explained, that will not be happening. Wayspots like sports fields should be on the edge of the field of play so as not to interfere with any games that may be going on. Even if that were not one of the guidelines, Niantic does not move wayspots for purposes of making them appear in particular games.
I'm more surprised Niantic didn't move the other two Wayspots out of the middle of their respective fields.
Flatmate • if you review nominations, you've seen way worse pin locations. I'm not saying that my desired pin is more accurate, I'm saying that the group of Pokémon GO players in my area would like to have that as a Pokéstop. My friend worked very hard to improve our area. She's gotten 18 waystops approved with 4 of them becoming gyms. She was really, really looking forward to this particular waystop entering Pokémon GO. I think it's a shame that our fellow reviewers moved it during the approval process.
I don't think it is a shame at all. The reviewers moved the location form an unacceptable location to a more acceptable one. The fact that it didn't become a Pokestop is neither their concern nor their responsibility. Their jobs are to make sure that the location conforms to Niantic's guidelines, wish includes keeping Wayspots out of the field-of-play for any athletic field.
Sorry to say but further changes are not possible.
I think it's more of a shame that you are misplacing pins and requesting edits into the field of play where they don't belong. Be lucky no action is being taken for the attempted abuse.
