Duplicate Result of Inexistent POI

I sent the nominations for a new POI using Ingress Account.
This nominations was accepted but it is not on game, because the location was too close to another POI.
I tried to send again the nomination paying attention to the position, but I received the duplicate result.
The POI is not in any games (Ingress, Pokemon Go, and Harry Potter Wizard Unite).
Please, can you send me feedback about this nomination?

Then your accepted nomination is stuck in Lightship database (hence it's visible in the duplicate map while reviewing) but can't appear in any games right now. Sorry, you can't do anything about this.

Can I request to remove the poi into Lightship? In this way, I could send again the nomination and I will not receive duplicate result.

Your nomination is not eligible to appear in any games as it is too close to existing waypoints. Even if removed from the system you will continue to have the same issue.
Your first submission got accepted, so it is in the Niantic database, whatever it is called this week. Why it did not appear in any game could be one of several reasons.
Because your nomination was acceted and is in the database, it will appear on the "nearby" list to anyone reviewing a nomination within about 500m of the submission. This means if you resubmit your nomination a second time, (or a third or fourth time) reviewers will see your first nomination in the database on the "nearby" list and mark the new one (correctly) as a "Duplicate". You will always get a "Duplicate" result.
TLDR: Forget this nomination, you are never going to see it in game.
Well if the monument that's blocking it is removed or destroyed it can eventually.
Well, if the "Monumento alla Resistenza" waypoint, which is about 5m from your fountain submission , gets demolished you can always resubmit......
With the waypoint clearly being existent in lightship, there probably is no need to resubmit, should automatically show up.
